“Great overall experience. We’ve had the truck 3 months with no issues. More importantly, they’ve been there to support the process by answering many questions and sharing their ice cream truck industry expertise. One important note; make sure you know the requirements and regulations for your state before requesting a build or purchasing something already built. Be sure you have the right equipment and set up to pass the permit inspections. We had to make a lot of changes because what’s allowed in TX is not what is allowed in GA (very strict in GA) but that’s on us for not doing the research first. I’d still recommend this company and can rave about their customer service and support.”
